Katy Perry signed a $25 million contract to judge the reboot of American Idol.
Katy Perry looked like a million bucks when she arrived to film the singing competition for the first time in New York on Tuesday.
The 32-year-old pop sensation dared to impress in a form fitting gown and matching coat for the auditions taking place in Madison Square Garden.
Meanwhile, it was revealed on Friday by ABC that she will be joined by Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan to round out the judging panel with Ryan Seacrest returning as host.
The panel will make their debut appearance on ABC’s Good Morning America on Wednesday, October 4.
