It was a double celebration for Tulisa Constavlos last night as she was celebrating her 24th birthday and settling a legal battle with her ex-boyfriend.

The X Factor judge was seen relaxing poolside today no doubt nursing a hangover following the crazy night out.

Tulisa had donned a pretty bright bikini for the relaxing day in the sun but it seems the heat got too much for her.
